Wednesday, Oct. 21st, members of the Parks Department and Friends of Tribute Park Board had a SCOPE meeting at the park to assess improvements. Capital improvements money, totaling over $600,000, will be provided by FEMA and by Councilman Eric Ulrich’s Participatory Budgeting Program.
